投訴信也叫抱怨信。一般是當(dāng)自己的正常生活受到騷擾、自己的利益受到侵害或當(dāng)社會(huì)規(guī)范有失規(guī)范時(shí)，用來(lái)表達(dá)不滿(mǎn)情緒和提出批評(píng)。所有的投訴信都有一個(gè)共同點(diǎn)，就是最終是要收信人解決問(wèn)題，所以需要提出解決方案。考生應(yīng)該注意如果題目中沒(méi)有給出解決方案，那么就要根據(jù)投訴內(nèi)容中的不滿(mǎn)提出自己的解決方案。具體寫(xiě)作步驟：

　　首段：表明來(lái)信所要投訴的問(wèn)題，盡可能做到客觀禮貌，給讀者留下好印象，應(yīng)該記住讀信人不一定就是錯(cuò)誤的責(zé)任人，他的合作對(duì)事情的最后解決有著非常重要的作用。

　　主體段落：寫(xiě)明投訴的原因、問(wèn)題的經(jīng)過(guò)及產(chǎn)生的后果。可以說(shuō)具體的理由，也可以說(shuō)問(wèn)題的具體體現(xiàn)方式。

　　結(jié)尾段：提出解決方案，不需展開(kāi)。這段應(yīng)體現(xiàn)書(shū)信的禮貌原則，可以用類(lèi)似“如果你能……，我將十分感激”這樣的表達(dá)方式。還要注意做到公平、公正。
